Important dates and dead-lines
Calendar of the conference
Thursday 25th of April 2024
- May 1st: Deadline to propose a mini-symposium
- May 8th: Acceptance of mini-symposium proposals.
- May 31st: After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros in Conference Fees.
- June 17th: The deadline to submit an abstract.
- June 22th: Abstract rejection notification.
- June 29th: Cutoff date for the payment of accommodation fees (After this date, you will pay additional 50 euros). To be included in the Scientific Programme, you have to confirm your participation paying the registration fees or the hotel reservation before June 29th.
- July 5th: Conference program posted on conference website.
- July 8th: Shuttle service from Linares-Baeza train station to Úbeda. Registration desk will be open in Hotel María de Molina, Hotel El Postigo, Parador de Úbeda, Palacio de la Rambla and Hotel MS Palacio de Úbeda. Dinner at 9:00 p.m. in Parador de Úbeda
- July 9th: Opening Ceremony at 09:30 a.m.. Registration desk will be open in UNED (Address: Gradas, 10, Úbeda).
- July 9th-12th: Conference.
- July 13th: Shuttle service to Linares-Baeza train station.
